- Accumulator (Acca)
- A single bet that links multiple selections; all must win for the bet to pay out, and winnings are multiplied together.
- Arbitrage

- Asian Handicap

- Correct Score
- A bet on the exact final score of the match, such as 2-1 or 3-0.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes (home win or draw, away win or draw, or either team winning) in a single wager.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet where you pick a team to win, and if the match ends in a draw you get your stake back.
- Half-Time/Full-Time
- A bet that combines the result at half-time and the result at full-time, for example betting on Home/Home or Draw/Away.
- In-Play
- Bets placed after a match has started, with odds that change as the game unfolds.
- Kelly Criterion
- A formula that calculates the optimal size of a bet based on your edge and the odds, to maximize long-term growth.
- KYC
- The process of verifying your identity and age to comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud.
- Licensing
- Official approval from a regulator that allows a betting site to operate legally in a jurisdiction.
- Margin (Juice)
- The percentage of all bets that the bookmaker keeps as profit, built into the odds so they are less than true probabilities.
- Matched Betting
- Using free bets and promotions to bet on all outcomes of an event, ensuring a risk-free profit.
- Odds
- The number that tells you how much you can win relative to your stake; higher odds mean a bigger potential payout.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether the total number of goals in a match will be more or less than a figure set by the bookmaker.
- Payout
- The total amount of money you receive when a bet wins, including your original stake plus any profit.
- Responsible Gambling
- Practices and tools, such as deposit limits and self-exclusion, that help you stay in control of your betting habits.
- Stake
